Once the retreat becomes guaranteed we will contact you to confirm your reservation and we will only charge your payment option within 48h from your confirmation.

If for any reason the retreat does not become guaranteed, we will never charge you and we will contact you to offer options.
With guaranteed retreats:
  • there is no cancellation
  • there are no changes in itinerary, schedule, instructor, venue or dates
  • it is deemed medically safe by local, state or European authorities
  • the minimum group size has been met
