Elizabeth, France:

"Learning Muay Thai was an old dream. So I went there for a week and I had the best time ever. I enjoyed every session even if it was hard and painful (I was sore for days after) but it was also so fun! I started from nothing with no previous experience in any sort of martial arts and I ended up knowing the basics. Dream became true! The gym provides real training even if you are a total beginner, the trainers teach you the techniques staying attentive and focused, pushing you to work as hard as you can. They never left you on a side. Master Bee and his team have created a real atmosphere of brotherhood and camaraderie so you can feel being a part of this community. They also provide the meal after training, it was a vegetarian for me, so you can enjoy the traditional healthy Thai food. I highly recommend this place. I will come back for sure. Thank you so much for this awesome week!"

James, Switzerland:

"I had an awesome time at charn chai gym. Was planning on staying only a week and ended up there for a month. Bee and all of his team are really good people, friendly and fun. The gym is run with this great family feel to it and you really feel welcome without being pampered at all. The training is hard, the trainers push you to your limits but never pass that, they're really super attentive and they make sure you don't go too far. I'd also encourage anybody to take a few private training sessions as that's the way you really get some nice progress. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some challenge and not afraid of sweating a lot!"

Victoria, United Kingdom:

"Attended charn chai for two weeks with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time. I was nervous to start as I have no experience at all, but everyone there from the trainers to more experienced fighters and beginners like myself are all lovely. The trainers are amazing, really experienced and up for a laugh. They were patient with us and made it fun. Our fitness levels really improved and we learnt a lot. Bee and his team made us feel so welcome thank you! This has been a highlight of our travels I would highly recommend it."

Mark, Canada:

"Absolutely blown away at the welcoming my gf and I got at charnchai. From the owner to every trainer even the cute puppies that live at the gym. I have 2.5 years of Muay thai training and fought in 4 tournaments. Charnchai helped me develop a whole new level of confidence and style. I was amazed at the level of training and commitment to eliminating my bad habits in the ring. I felt like I compressed 3 months of training into one week of two times a day. The pad holders didn't just let me hit the pads and say good job just to collect a buck. I got honest advice from 100% professionals every time with no holding back. Charnchai littreraltly changed me from kinda wanting to take muaythai to the next level to 1000% fighting for charnchai in ring proudly wearing their branded shorts. Not only did I learn Muay thai but I learnt family values and the importance of respect and friendship within a Muay Thai camp. Everyday was smiles and open arms. The gym took me and my gf to go watch fights as part of team and bbq on new years. I honestly can't express how much charnchai elevated my skill and made my trip unforgetable.

I will 100% return to charnchai every chance I get."

Tarah, Australia:

"I had the most amazing month at Charn Chai and would recommend it to anyone and everyone! The trainers are all really friendly, and very good at what they do. I know I improved my skills a lot whilst under their watchful eyes. Met some amazing people, and made life long friendships. The training itself is full on, very physical, but you feel amazing after every session. I cannot wait to be back there soon, and I would say many more times! The Town of Pai is incredible and something you want to see. The gym has a really good atmosphere, there's a lot of joking and laughing, whilst you're still getting a very intense workout done. I would recommend staying more than two weeks, especially if you're a beginner. I can't say enough great stuff about Charn Chai! I didn't want to leave and I'm already planning my next visit!"
