Fitness and weight loss

Situated in the center of Phuket Island, Titan Fitness is one of the largest fitness camps in Thailand. The camp offers a wide area of training facilities: outdoor training area, indoor gym, strongman and assault course.You will meet your coaches who will schedule your body composition analysis test.

Using a detailed report from the analysis, trainers will discuss your goals and suggest a personalized meal plan and a custom tailored exercise routine.

At the end of the program you will take another test in order to evaluate your results.

The exercise routine will include some of the following activities: calorie burn, Body360 (total body workout), mobility and recovery, strength and technique, yoga, boxercise, and spinning.

Depending on your length of stay, you will take part in a number of personal training sessions. For instance, for the 7-day package you will have access to six personal training sessions.

Standard rooms are 215 square feet / 20 square meters and offer all the amenities needed during your stay at the camp.

The Deluxe accommodation has everything that the standard room offers plus a king-size bed and a private lounge area with sofa. 

Toiletries are not provided.

Between Monday and Saturday, you will be served fresh meals at the camp, the instructors will help you choose foods that balance the recommended amount of nutrients to reach your weight loss goal.

On Sunday you can visit any of the nearby restaurants, there are plenty to choose from and all are within walking distance of the camp.

Your camp is located in Chalong, a subdistrict of Phuket, an island in Thailand with some of the best beaches in Asia.

Since Phuket is considered a fitness paradise, it has everything to offer if you want to train, work towards your weight loss goals, and relax at the beach.

What language is the program provided in?

Training and nutrition advice are provided in English.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring a pair of training shoes, some training clothes - dark if possible, an extra towel, body wash, shampoo, and sunblock. You can buy most of these on location if you want to pack light for the trip.

Do I have to participate in all the training sessions available?

Not necessarily. The trainers will suggest the programs that suit your body type and training level.

Will I be able to cope with the hot weather?

There might be a small adjustment period to the hot and humid weather. Plenty of shade is available at the outside training areas. An air-conditioned three-story gym is located onsite.

Is this experience available all year round?


Are there any age restrictions?

Absolutely not. However, please keep in mind that you must be 18 years of age to travel independently.

"I visited Titan camp on 3 occasions in the last 2 years and absolutely loved it. All trainers are very professional and have a high level of knowledge to help you achieve your goals. There is a big variety of different classes which I loved the most , you get to train in big groups where everyone supports each other. Classes are very motivational , so you push yourself a lot harder. The owners of the camp are really nice so for sure introduce yourself when you there. I stayed in Little hill accommodation which is located 1 minute walk from the camp and the gym, perfect location if you want to grab a quick shower between the intense trainings. Also if you are travelling solo , it is great to meet new people as everyone hangs out by the pool . So you will never be lonely can’t wait to return again!"
