Throughout your Muay Thai training vacation at JP Boxing, you will attend two daily classes, Monday to Saturday. Training sessions are tailored to participants' experience and physical levels: beginner classes suitable for first timers or intermediate and advanced classes for those wishing to push themselves to the next training level.
Group training starts with a warm-up run followed by a Muay Thai technique bout and ends with a stretching session. You will train bag work and pad work with your coaches and learn correct clinching techniques. Sparring sessions are organized three times per week to allow participants to test their endurance and technique. If the trainers give their seal of approval, guests can participate in fights with a suitable opponent.
For the duration of your Muay Thai training vacation, you will stay in onsite private rooms that are 100m/ 330ft from the JP Boxing camp situated in the center of Phitsanulok.
Throughout your Muay Thai training, you will serve breakfast and dinner at the camp six days a week, Monday to Saturday. Only fresh ingredients are used to prepare the meals and additives or processed foods are avoided. All meals are designed to take into account the needs of an athlete in training.
