You will take part in two group training and sparring sessions a day, Tuesday to Sunday, and you will be taught the Wai Kru Ram Muay dance — the ritual performed by Muay Thai fighters before starting a fight.
You will start your day with a running range of 1 to 3 miles (1.6 to 5 kilometers), followed by padwork and bagwork. After lunch, you can either rest or train individually.
The afternoon group sessions typically feature sparring, boxing, clinching, and technical work.
KST is one of the most well-equipped Muay Thai gyms in Bangkok. Spanning over 5,000 square feet (465 square meters), the training area is bordered by matted open spaces at all corners. The two elevated rings watch over a row of punching bags. An open concrete court with monkey and fitness bars lies beside the tiled basin tub used for ice baths. Muay Thai strength and conditioning classes are held in a fitness area equipped with weights, medicine balls, ropes, and a strip of artificial grass for sled pushes.
With an area of 320 square feet (30 square meters) per unit, each room has a private balcony overlooking beautifully landscaped pathways. All rooms are furnished with comfortable beds, a double sliding wardrobe, dressing table, flat-screen TVs with satellite channels (including Fight Network), a refrigerator, toiletries, towels, and bed linen.
For the duration of your stay, you will be served two daily meals (Tuesday to Sunday) specifically designed to take into account the needs of an athlete in training and packed with the appropriate carbs, proteins, and fats.

Noo was born in Buriram, a city in the Northeastern province of Thailand, where some of today’s best fighters are from. He had his first fight when he was 12. After winning nine fights in a row, his family realized he was gifted and sent him to Bangkok to compete. He fought some of the best golden-era fighters, including Chalernlap, Pietnakon, and Phitimak, and held a Rajadamnern Stadium belt. Throughout his professional fighting career, Noo has fought over 170 times all over the world, in Lumpinee, Rajadamnern, Bangla, Japan, England, France, and Germany, among others. A very balanced fighter who knows how to adapt to his opponent’s tactics, Noo’s fighting style is best described as Muay Femur.
Ming started fighting in his hometown of Udon Thani at the early age of nine. He has been fighting professionally ever since, taking a two-year break to complete his military service. He fought in the Issan professional circuit under the fighting name ‘Jaopar’, working his way up to the top. He is known for his ability to knock out his opponents. To this date, he has knocked out 30 opponents out of 66 professional fights. His aggressive fighting style is considered Muay Bouk, because he ceaselessly moves forward on his opponent. Fellow trainers call Ming ‘The Jester’ because of his entertaining fighting style.
Jean had his first fight when he was only five years old, when his father – a Muay Thai fighter himself, forced him to fight another child. With no prior training before getting into the ring, Jean emerged victorious from the fight and won 50 baht (currently $1.5). Over 21 years, Jean has fought around the world, Lumpinee and Rajadamnern to Vienna, and even Australia, winning over 70 times out of 120 fights. Thanks to the time he spent in the military, he has a drill-instructor training style, and his ability to shape Thais and foreigners into fighting shape is unparalleled.

"Excellent first-time experience! Instructors were great they pushed me and were also encouraging. Highly recommended!"
"From the trainers, to the owners and the surrounding businesses in the area, training at KST was more than I could have asked for. Twice a day training was tough but always fun. You can expect to learn a lot of different techniques during the pad sessions, which I really value over the punch, kick cardio pad sessions. Don't get me wrong though, you will be pushed! I also really loved that they taught us the Wai Kru. It's such a beautiful way to honor your gym and trainers."
"Great gym. Probably the best facilities in Thailand. Showers, change rooms, everything is clean. Trainers are all top class and make training a fun experience. Recommend to anyone!"
"Incredible, absolutely top notch in every aspect will definitely be back here sooner than later!"
"Great experience and great trainers. As a first timer they made it both informative and fun."
