On your first day, the onsite nutritionist and coaches will assess your fitness levels and nutritional needs. You will set fitness and weight loss goals together and map out a custom training routine and a balanced meal plan.
You will take part in group fitness and Muay Thai sessions, strength and endurance training, and yoga classes, and receive four to eight private training sessions of your choice, depending on your length of stay.
Fitness sessions include high intensity functional training, strength and conditioning, core and cardio workouts (specific core, arms, and glutes routines, as well as running, rowing, biking, and body weights).
Muay Thai training sessions involve footwork drills, bag drills, pad work, shadow boxing, clinching techniques, sprinting, partner play, and sparring.
The accommodation is conveniently located onsite. The resort offers private rooms with ensuite Westerns bathrooms. Rooms are air-conditioned, spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Each room has a private balcony.
Following your initial assessment, you will have a meal plan laid out for the duration of your stay. You will be served three daily meals, six days per week. Your meal plan will be custom-tailored to fit your needs.

"Super friendly staff, clean hygienic equipment, great coaching and overall welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for everyone from beginners to advanced fighters. I improved my technique and fitness levels tremendously. The price is very competitive, I can't wait to visit again."
"I spent 10 days there with around 20 people gym friends from London. The way they push you to realize you are capable of more than you think is incredibly empowering while keeping it all good fun. The trainers are super knowledgeable and like to have a good joke culminating in an amazing atmosphere and overall training experience."
"If you are looking for fitness, fun, and friendly people all in one place, then you will definitely want to go to Superpro Samui! And if you are like me — someone who loves to stay active and learn new things, while having the best time of my life, then you'll enjoy this gym as much as I did. In fact, not only do I think this is hands down the BEST gym on Koh Samui, I think it is one of the best in all of Thailand AND it is definitely one of my favorites in the world!
"Stayed at Superpro Samui for 30 days and arrived without any fighting experience. Just long enough to properly get to know the island, to get a good feel for what Muay Thai is about and to increase endurance immensely. It takes a week or two to get used to the two-hour sessions, but then it all came natural to me. Now I see it as one of the best workouts I've ever done! Within two weeks the trainers got me to a level where my flexibility, strength and endurance had increased immensely. Now it's just a matter of keeping it up and returning as soon as I can. Charoon, Keng, Joke, Chai, Chain, to name a few of the trainers - are incredibly experienced, good and friendly trainers and really know how to push you to the limit! After the training I mostly went for a dip in the swimming pool. An awesome way to do some more stretching and cool off. I stayed at the camp, in a king size bed apartment, with my own bathroom, air-conditioning and a balcony. This was just perfect, as I only had to wake up 15 minutes before the first training started. I met awesome people and had loads of fun. I would recommend staying at Superpro Samui for everyone, from beginner to pro. Thanks guys for the time of my life!"
