"Chef Eric is the BEST! We learned so much and had great fun as well! The class can be as 'hands on' as you wish. Chef Eric and his lovely wife, Yetunde, have created a week of cooking, going to local markets to buy what is fresh that day, excursions to local sites, and a lovely picnic with food we had prepared. It is amazing how many dishes we prepared in 5 days! Chef Eric has a gift for creating a 'group energy' among the students and making every day interesting and fun. I learned a lot and would definitely like to return!"
"Great experience and fun, fun, fun. For those who love food and love to cook it was great on both accounts. For people who love food but not so sure about cooking, I’d say go for it. It's not at all intimidating and you get to see the entire process, from shopping to cooking to eating. Eric and his wife are charming and hospitable. I'll be going back on my next trip!!!"
"I highly recommend spending a week in Uzes with Cook'n with Class. The hands on experience can't be matched. Eric is not only an excellent chef, he's a natural teacher. The setting is just right, and Eric and Yetunde go out of their way to include absolutely top drawer excursions. And did I mention the food? Fabulous. And to top that off, I really enjoyed getting to know the other students in the class."
"A truly wonderful experience, Cook'n With Class pulls out all the stops to insure a great time. The accommodations, the day trips, and the classes are one delight upon another in a beautiful setting."
