# Katrin Wiehle

Katrin Wiehle is an author and illustrator. She grew up in a tiny village in the North of Germany, in an old farmhouse surrounded by sheep, horses, and chickens. Wiehle has worked as a freelance illustrator for over 15 years, drawing and writing books for children and other people. Her award-winning kids' books have been translated into various languages. Her work is focused on nature, plants, and animals. Her favorite tool is a pencil.
