# Erin Gleeson

Erin Gleeson is the New York Times bestselling cookbook author and artist behind the lifestyle brand The Forest Feast. Her series of 5 cookbooks has sold hundreds of thousands of copies around the world and has been translated into 10 languages. The Forest Feast brand features a line of custom products for the home and kitchen, plus clothing. Collabs include wine, olive oil, and stationery.Erin spent the first part of her career in New York City, where she was a photography professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology and worked as a freelance food photographer for clients and publications, including the James Beard Foundation and the New York Times Dining Section. She then moved to a cabin in the redwoods of California, where she began writing and photographing the cookbooks that showcase her unique blend of photography overlaid with watercolor illustrations and hand lettering. Erin’s goal is to bring more color and fun into people’s lives through art, food, and gathering. She connects with her readers weekly on her Substack newsletter, "Forest Feast Supper Club," where she shares vegetarian recipes and inspiration for living more creatively.Her work has been featured in publications including "The New York Times," "Huffington Post," "San Francisco Chronicle," "Food52," "O," "The Oprah Magazine," "InStyle," and "People Magazine."
