# Carol Cox
*Founder, keynote speaker, and thought leadership coach*

Carol Cox is the founder and CEO of Speaking Your Brand®, a coaching and training company dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs and leaders. She is on a mission to help women use their voices to tell the stories that need to be told, challenge the status quo, and change existing systems. As a former political analyst and tech entrepreneur, she understands the power of visibility and the importance of women holding positions of influence.

After founding two software companies and teaching business and marketing at the university level, she created Speaking Your Brand® to help women craft their "signature talks." Through her "Thought Leader Academy" and workshops, she helps clients step into thought leadership roles. Her clients have gone on to deliver TEDx talks, keynote industry conferences, and grow their businesses significantly through public speaking.

Carol is the creator of the "Signature Talk Canvas®," a framework that helps speakers organize their ideas into compelling narratives. While she is currently working on her own book, her intellectual property has already transformed how hundreds of women approach public speaking and brand storytelling.

Carol has served as a speaking coach with TEDxOrlando since 2017, has been featured in *Forbes*, was named one of Orlando’s Women of the Year, and has appeared as a political analyst on NBC and CBS news affiliates during election seasons for the past 20 years. She hosts the long-running Speaking Your Brand podcast, with over 450 episodes showcasing women’s voices. She holds a Master’s degree in History from Emory University.
